Position TINA.
Position TINA with the tampon in your vaginal canal, and TINA’s flexible petals against your body. The handle is designed to give you the correct angle for insertion, anytime!
Pull forward!
Pull the handle forward–toward your body– and the tampon will deploy from the applicator at the correct depth and angle. Then remove the used applicator from TINA, and youre all set!
Change your tampon.
Remember to change your tampon after 4-6 hours (or whenever it’s full!). If you have a hard time finding or reaching the string, you can use the notch in TINA’s petals to help with removal.
